What is Circa?

Circa is a calendar app for iOS, designed for personal use and for sharing events with people you invite.

Do I need an account?

No sign-up is required. Circa creates an anonymous account on your device the first time you use a feature that needs our servers.

How do I share a calendar with someone?

Create or open a shared space, then tap the invite button to generate a link. Anyone with the link can preview the space and join.

Why don't I see events from a shared space?

Make sure you have an internet connection and that you've actually joined the space (opening an invite preview is not the same as joining). Pull to refresh if events still don't appear.

What does Circa cost?

Circa is a paid subscription. After a 14-day free trial, the Individual plan is $2.99/month or $29.99/year. The Together plan, for sharing calendars with family or friends, is $4.99/month or $49.99/year. Prices are in USD; prices in other currencies may vary. All prices are charged through your Apple ID. You can change or cancel any time.

How do I manage my subscription?

Inside Circa: Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription opens your subscriptions in the App Store. You can also reach this from iPhone Settings, then [your name], then Subscriptions, then Circa. From there you can change tier, change billing period, or cancel.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. Open iPhone Settings, then [your name], then Subscriptions, then Circa, then Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find Circa, and request a refund. We cannot process refunds directly.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep Circa Pro access until the end of your paid period. After that, Circa returns to its baseline state. Your local personal events remain on your device, but shared spaces, widgets, voice-to-event, and other Pro features become unavailable. If you re-subscribe later, your data is restored.

I subscribed but Circa says I'm not subscribed

Tap Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't fix it, sign out and back in on the App Store, then try again. Still stuck? Email support@circacal.com with your Apple receipt order ID.

Does Circa work on Android or web?

Not right now. Circa is iOS only.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email support@circacal.com with as much detail as possible (what you did, what you expected, what happened, and your iOS version).

Delete your account

In the app: open Circa, then go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and the data tied to it from our servers.

If you can't access the app, email support@circacal.com from the address tied to your account and we'll delete it for you.

Privacy & data requests

For privacy-related questions, account or data deletion requests, or to request an export of the data tied to your anonymous account, email support@circacal.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We typically respond within a few business days.
